The CAHS Chess Classic tournament was held again this February and about 288 kids were able to compete.  All went smoothly and it was a great success.  The CAHS chess team took first place in its section (Open), and individually took 1st-3rd, and 5th place as well.  Congratulations to the chess team at CAHS.  More information and pictures about the chess team and tournament can be found at the chess website.

This Tues., Feb. the 10th, parents can send in their time sheets to get appointments to meet with teachers.  It will go from 2:45 to 9PM to allow time for parents to get a conference after the workday.  Please send in your schedules as soon as possible to get your desired time slots and we look forward to meeting with you.
