CAHS’ is proud of our Poetry Slam team, which competed in the first ever Columbus City Schools’ Poetry Slam on April 30th. You can watch the action here.
A special congrats goes to CAHS student Ben Leach who earned second place out of 50 poets at the competition.
The CAHS Poetry Slam Team consists of: Â Na’Quasha Hendree-Williams (12th), Ben Leach (11th), Carrissa Thomas (11th), Rachel Wiltshire (9th), and Sarah Sinclair (9th); alternates are Micah Naguit (9th) and Zayid Oyelami (9th).
