Summer has arrived at last. Congratulations to the CAHS class of 2010. Your hard work and knowledge will open doors and bring success so long as you use them.

For new students entering CAHS as freshmen this upcoming school year, welcome.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are arriving quickly. They will be held at CAHS on Jan 27th from 4-7:30 PM and on Feb. 2nd from 3:30-7 PM. All parents must complete and return the conference request form with the times they are available in order to be assigned time slots. This must be done as conferences are by appointment only. Summer Scholars Programs- In the past, I Know I Can has funded summer scholar opportunities for Columbus City Schools. They have recently made the decision to eliminate the current funding for summer scholars program and redistribute funding to middle school programs and ACT preparation for juniors. Parent Conferences

We look forward to meeting many parents during parent teacher conferences Tuesday from 5-8:30 PM and Wednesday from 3-6:30 PM. The conferences are by appointment only, so you should have a time slot given to you to meet with each teacher. Please try to be on time, as many teachers are nearly or completely booked.

Open House

There will be Open House at CAHS from 7-9PM on Tuesday September the 15th. Parents will have a chance to see the school and meet the teachers. Please feel free to stop by and get a feel for what it is like here at CAHS.

TLC PAM-Parents Training Guide

Parents should have received their login information for the parent assist module which may be used to check grades and attendance. If you have not contact the office to get your appropriate login. A guide is provided to demonstrate how to use the system.

The 2009-2010 school year is beginning. Most of the freshman have already attended a day of school on August 19th, teachers start back on the 24th, and all students begin classes on the 26th.
